Chocolate Shake, Peanut Butter, and Banana
A simple and delicious protein shake recipe. Great for muscle recovery!
- 6 ice cubes
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 banana
- 1 scoop of protein powder with chocolate flavor
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder or more to taste
Mix ice cubes, milk, bananas, protein powder, peanut butter, honey and cocoa powder together in a blender until smooth.
