Refusal of Request

The customer must observe the product sent upon receipt and if any of the following hypotheses are observed, he must immediately refuse receipt and write the reason on the back of the invoice:

  • Open or damaged packaging
  • Defective product
  • Product in disagreement with the order
  • Lack of accessories

If you have accepted the product, we ask that you contact the store within 48 hours to resolve the problem.


Due to customs regulations and shipping costs, we do not accept returns and / or exchanges of items sent to addresses in Brazil.


We are unable to offer refunds for declined products for any reason. In addition, if is charged for the cost of the return due to your refusal, you may also be responsible for that cost.
